     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act. 2016, read with Rules &
        Regulations made there under, an authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
        certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
        Authority / Competent Authority.

     2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval from Office of the Thasildhar Hingna,
        Hingna, on 27-09-2024, for 113 plots, having a total of 113 units / plots, as per sanctioned
        plan dated 27-09-2024, for plotted development scheme.

     3. Also, the commencement certificate / Building plans are approved by Office of the
        Thasildhar Hingna, Hingna, on 27-09-2024. Further, commencement certificate is granted
        for 41 plots, having a total of 113 units / plots; is granted for 113 Habitable plots (Out of
        approved total 113 units / plots, having a total plotable area of 12962.04 Sq. Mtrs.)

     4. Further, commencement certificate / approvals, as and when approved will be uploaded
        under document section of this project immediately.

appropriate fields)
