                               Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I Shri Nitin Marotrao Upare, Indian inhabitant, Partner having my office in Shop No 1,2,3, 4,5
on Ground Floor, Tower A, Pipla, Besa Pipla road, Nagpur-440037. do hereby on solemn
affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

    1) I say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of Swami Builders
       & Developers , have applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said legal entity, Swami
       Builders & Developers for registration of the real estate project PYRAMID AMARA
       with MahaRERA vide application dated 17/12/2024.

    2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
       named PYRAMID AMARA is to be undertaken at land bearing KH. No. 122, P.H.
       No. 38, Mouza –Pipla Tah. Nagpur (Gramin) Dist. Nagpur admeasuring 24300 Sq.
       Mt hereinafter referred to as the “ Project Land”.


    3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application
       dated 17/12/2024, for registration of the real estate project PYRAMID AMARA, there
       is/are no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of
       realestate project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land /
       partthereof or there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever called, registered
       with MahaRERA being executed on the project land / part thereof.

    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this declaration-cum-
       Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Swami
       Builders & Developers of the real estate project PYRAMID AMARA.
