1. We are aware that as per section 4[2](c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
Authority / Competent Authority.
2. We have obtained Final layout approval from NAGAR PANCHAYAT BESA PIPLA on
23/08/2024 vide permit no 1507.
3. Also the Final approval plan is approved by NAGAR PANCHAYAT BESA PIPLA
(planning authority/ competent authority).
4. Further, the commencement certificate /building plans are approved by Chief Officer
, Nagar Panchayat-Besa-Pipla vide Permit No BPNM/B/2024/APL/00301 and Building
Permit No. 287937 Dated 30/10/2024.
