                         Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

I Mr Gajanan Rambhau Warambhe,(Partner) in M/S. Shiv Realities is the Promoter of the
development project named & styled “Shiv Ganga Park B-Wing” having my office at address do
hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

   1. I say, declare that I am being the authorized representative of M/S. Shiv Realities have
      applied on behalf of promoter, ie. the the said legal entity M/S. Shiv Realities for registration
      of real estate project “Shiv Ganga Park B-Wing” with MahaRERA vide application dated 24-
      07-2024

   2. I say, declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named “Shiv
      Ganga Park B-Wing” is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot Nos. A, E, K & D out of the
      sanctioned layout of ULC, containing by admeasurement 942.27 Sq. Mtrs., 1258.12 Sq. Mtrs.,
      942.35 Sq. Mtrs. & 942.63 Sq. Mtrs. respectively, thus total admeasurement 4085.37 Sq. Mtrs.
      (OR 43974.92 Sq. Ft.), (As per ULC Letter area is 4000 Sq. Mtrs.) Land Revenue Rs. 47/-, Rs.
      63/-, Rs. 47/- & Rs. 47/-, all held in Bhogwatdar Class-1 Rights, being a portion of the entire
      land bearing Khasra/Survey No. 77/1 (Old No. 77) {As per Building Sanctioned Plan Kh. No.
      77/1 A,K,D,E,U} of Mouza – BESA, P.H. No. 38-B, including all other easementary rights
      appurtenant and belonging thereto, bearing Nagar Panchayat House Nos. 1036/77/1/A,
      1039/77/1/E, 1037/77/1K & 1038/77/1D respectively, all situated at Mouza – Besa, within the
      limits of the Nagar Panchayat Besa-Pipla Ward No. 7 in Tahsil – Nagpur (Rural) and District –
      NAGPUR admeasuring 4000 sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as the "project land"


   3. I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our application dated
      24/07/2024, for registration of the real estate project, Shiv Ganga Park B-Wing, there is / are
      no subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
      project(s) by whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/ part thereof or
      there is / are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA
      being executed on the project land/ part thereof.

   4. I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-
      Undertaking are true, Correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter M/S. Shiv
      Realities of the real estate project, “Shiv Ganga Park B-Wing”.
