Infra have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal e n tity, Rajvaibhav Infra
registration of the real estate project, Rajvaibhav Harmony with MahaRERA vide
application dated, 04/10/2024

   2)    I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project

       Named Rajvaibhav Harmony is to be undertaken on land bearing Kh No.6/2,
ad measuring 873.46 6 Sq. Mtrs (0.10 Hectares i.e 1000.00 Sq. Mt. Less area of the proposed
road of 126 .534 Sq. Mtrs. Land revenue Rs.2.25 per year , with occupant class-I rights,
situated at Mauza: Jaripatka, bearing City Survey No. 3, Sheet No.4, within the limits of
Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur Municipal Corporation Nagpur, Tah. and Dist. NAGPUR
hereinafter referred to as the "project land".




   3) I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our
         application dated 04/10/2024. for registration of the real estate project,
         Rajvaibhav Harmony. there is no subsisting pending application submitted to
         MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s} by whatever name called to be
         undertaken on the project land/ part thereof or there is no real estate
         project(s} by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on
         the project land/ part thereof.

    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum­

         Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate

         project,   RAJVAIBHAV HARMONY
