    A. Project Name: RAJVAIBHAV HARMONY with Kh No.6/2, admeasuring
       873.466 Sq. Mtrs (0.10 Hectares i.e 1000.00 Sq. Mt. Less area of the
       proposed road of 126.534 Sq. Mtrs. Land revenue Rs. 2.25 per year , with
       occupant class-I rights, situated at Mauza: Jaripatka, bearing City Survey
       No.3, Sheet No.4, within the limits of Nagpur Improvement Trust, Nagpur
       Municipal Corporation Nagpur, Tah. and Dist. NAGPUR
    1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with
       Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals
       and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to
       be obtained from the Planning Authority.

    2. We have obtained sanction of building permission and commencement
       certificate from Hon'ble Deputy Director of Town Planning, NAGPUR
       MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, Nagpur on 28/05/2024 vide Approval No.
       NMO/RB/2023/APL/00180. For sale of Ground Floor + 7 Floors (28
       Flats)

    3. Also, the commencement certificate is approved by Hon'ble Deputy
       Director of Town Planning, NAGPUR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, Nagpur
       on 28/05/2024 vide Approval No. NMO/RB/2023/APL/00180. For sale of
       Ground Floor + 7 Floors(28 flats).

    4. Further, commencement certificate/ approvals, as and when approved will
       be uploaded under document section of this project immediately,
