        Years, Occ.: Business, R/o.: Flat No. 301, Park Residency, Plot No.6, Raj Nagar,
        Katol Road, Nagpur – 440013; promoter of the proposed project.

        B. Name/Details of the Project:
                 The project named “MULTY FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one
        and only Wing / Phase / Building named “SHREE KRUPA” proposed on all that
        Part and Parcel of Land Bearing Plot No. 5A, NMC House No.1267/9, KH
        No.17/1, 17/2 & 26/1, Ward No.61, Sheet No.13, CTS No. 277, PHC No.11,
        Name of Layout : Ankila Layout, Property Index No. 01007640; demarcated &
        bounded by House of Smt. Jamgade (Other Layout Plots) to the East, by 9
        meter wide Road to the West, by House of Smt. Shantabai Thakur (Plot No. 4A)
        to the North and by 9 meter wide Road to the South; admeasuring 500.019 sqm

        C. Disclosure of Sold / Booked Inventory:
                 It is hereby declared by the Promoter that out of the 16 Sanctioned
        Apartments in the one and only building of the Project Apartment No. 102 on the
        First Floor has been Allotted to Shri Pratap Nirmalsingh Rana and Apartment
        No. 202 on the Second Floor has been Allotted to Shri Shyam Nirmalsingh Rana
        (Both are the Co-Owners of the Project Land) as per the conditions laid in the
        Agreement of Development executed between the Land Owner and the Developer
        / Promoter.
        And out of the remaining 14 Apartments,
-       Apartment No. 101 & 201 has been booked by Mrs. Sarita Pandey.

                 The remaining 12 Apartments out of the 16 Sanctioned Apartments are
        not Sold or Booked by anyone.
