                        DECLARATION ABOUT COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATE

         A. Name of the Promoter/ organization :
                   RPM INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a Company duly incorporated under
            the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Incorporation Certificate No. U68100MH2023PTC401192,
            having Registered Office at 104-105, VCA Complex, Civil Lines, – 440001 through its
            Director, Shri Prasanta Mishra, Age : 59 Years, Occ. : Business, R/o. : Flat No. 301, Park
            Residency, Plot No.6, Raj Nagar, Katol Road, Nagpur – 440013.

         B. Name/Details of the Project :
                   The project named “MULTY FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one and only Wing /
            Phase / Building named “SHREE KRUPA” proposed on the Plot No. 5A, NMC House
            No.1267/9, KH No.17/1, 17/2 & 26/1, Ward No.61, Sheet No.13, CTS No. 277, PHC No.11,
            Name of Layout : Ankila Layout, Property Index No. 01007640; demarcated & bounded by
            House of Smt. Jamgade (Other Layout Plots) to the East, by 9 meter wide Road to the West,
            by House of Smt. Shantabai Thakur (Plot No. 4A) to the North and by 9 meter wide Road to
            the South; admeasuring 500.019 sq. mtrs.

            1) We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
               Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
               certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
               Authority / Competent Authority.

            2) We are having layout approval viz. Regularisation Letters bearing numbers 391 dated
               03/03/2022 from Nagpur Improvement Trust for the Project Land.

            3) Also, the Building Permit and Commencement Certificate bearing number 1540 /
               Building plans are approved by Nagpur Improvement Trust on 26/12/2023. Further,
               commencement certificate is granted up to all 7 Habitable Floors out of approved total 7
               Habitable Floors in the one and only Building in the Project.

            4) Approved and valid commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are uploaded under
               appropriate fields. Further, commencement certificate / approvals, as and when approved
               will be uploaded under document section of this project immediately.

            5) This may also be considered as our “Self Declaration of Quarterly Progress” for the
               Quarter from Jan-2025 to Mar-2025 of the Project.
