                                        Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

         Nagar, Katol Road, Nagpur – 440013, Director of RPM INFRAVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED, a
         Company duly incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Incorporation Certificate No.
         U68100MH2023PTC401192, having Registered Office at 104-105, VCA Complex, Civil Lines, – 440001;
         do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under :

   1)    I say and declare that I, being the Director and authorized signatory of R.P.M. INFRAVENTURES
         PRIVATE LIMITED have applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity, R.P.M. INFRAVENTURES
         PRIVATE LIMITED           for registration of the real estate project, named “MULTY FAMILY
         RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one and only Building named “SHREE KRUPA” with MahaRERA vide
         application bearing no. REA50500157419 dated 19/04/2024.

   2)    I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project named “MULTY FAMILY
         RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one and only Building named “SHREE KRUPA” is proposed on the Plot No.
         5A, NMC House No.1267/9, KH No.17/1, 17/2 & 26/1, Ward No.61, Sheet No.13, CTS No. 277, PHC
         No.11, Name of Layout : Ankila Layout, Property Index No. 01007640; demarcated & bounded by
         House of Smt. Jamgade (Other Layout Plots) to the East, by 9 meter wide Road to the West, by House of
         Smt. Shantabai Thakur (Plot No. 4A) to the North and by 9 meter wide Road to the South; admeasuring
         500.019 sq. mtrs hereinafter referred to as the “project land”.

   3)    I say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my / our application bearing no.
         REA50500157419 dated 19/04/2024, for registration of the real estate project, named “MULTY
         FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one and only Building named “SHREE KRUPA”, there is / are no
         subsisting pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by
         whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there is / are no real
         estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project
         land / part thereof.

   4)    I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum-Undertaking are
         true, correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate project, project name : “MULTY
         FAMILY RESIDENTIAL UNIT” having one and only Building named “SHREE KRUPA”.
