            Civil Lines, – 440001 through its Director, Shri Prasanta Mishra, Age : 59 Years,
            Occ. : Business, R/o. Flat No. 301, Park Residency, Plot No.6, Raj Nagar, Katol Road,
            Nagpur – 440013.

         B. Name/Details of the Project :
                   A Multifamily Residential Apartment Project consisting of one and only
            building named ShreeKrupa proposed on all that Part and Parcel of Land Bearing
            Plot No. 5A of Ankila Layout, Khasara No. : 17/1, 17/2, 26/1; Mouza : Mankapur;
            Tehsil : Nagpur (Urban) & District : Nagpur; within the limits of Nagpur Municipal
            Corporation, bearing Property Index No. 01007640 and House No. : 1267/9;
            demarcated by its boundaries Plot No. 4A to the North, 9 meter wide road to the
            South, Other Plots to the East and 9 meter wide road to the West; admeasuring
            500.019 sq. mts. area.

            1) We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c & d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules
               & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
               commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be
               obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

            2) We have obtained layout approval (Regularisation Letter) bearing number 391
               from Nagpur Improvement Trust on 03-03-2022 for the aforementioned Plot.

            3) Also, the Building Permit and Commencement Certificate bearing number 1540 /
               Building plans are approved by Nagpur Improvement Trust on 26-12-2023.
               Further, commencement certificate is granted up to all 6 Habitable Floors out of
               approved total 6 Habitable Floors in the one and only Building in the Project.

            4) Approved and valid commencement certificates and sanctioned plans are
               uploaded under appropriate fields.
