                                         Declaration-Cum-Undertaking

    1, Milind Gore, Designated Partner having my office at Shop No. 2, Keshav Smruti Fule Lane, Mahal,
    Nagpur-440032 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:

    1) I say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of Modern Arch Developers hzave
    applied on behalf of promoter, ie the said legal entity, Modern Arch Developers for registration of the
    real estate project, Modem Height with MahaRERA vide application dated 30/09/2024

    2) I say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project

    Named Modern Height is to be undertaken on land bearing Plot No. 29 admeasuring 379.44 Sq. Mtrs.,
    4084.292 Sq. Ft. Land Revenue Rs. 38.00/-, House No. 78/4/HBAD/29 & Plot No. 30, admeasuring
    348.84 Sq. Mtrs., 3,754.913 Sq. Ft. land Revenue Rs. 35.00/-, House No. 78/4/HBAD/30, out of Khasara
    No. 78/4, admeasuring 1.01 H. R., of Mouza - Hudkeshwar (Bu), P. H. No. 37 A, Account No. 10129,
    dass -1, Ward No. 76, within the limits of Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority, Tahsil
    Nagpur (Rural), District Nagpur. hereinafter referred to as the "project land".

    3) I say, dedare and undertake that as on the date of submission of our application dated
    30/09/2024 for registration of the real estate project, MODERN HEIGHT, there is no subsisting
    pending application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) by whatever name
    called to be undertaken on the project land / part thereof or there is no real estate project(s) by whatever
    name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project land /part thereof.

    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum- Undertaking are true,
    correct and binding upon me, the promoter of the real estate project, Modern Height

    5) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-cum- Undertaking are true,
    correct and binding upon me, as well as the promoter Modern Arch Developers of the real estate
