1) In project details, plot No / CTS No. / Survey No. /Final Plot No. does not tally with CC. Kindly,
   correct as mention in CC.(KH No. 38, Final Plot No.3)


          Please note that the address is based on the Layout Commencement Certificate No.
          NMRDA/LF/2024/APL/00152 dated 30/04/2024, which was issued for 50 plots. Of
          these, only one plot has received row house sanction, while the remaining 49 plots
          are shown as proposed but not yet sanctioned. Therefore, we have used the address
          for the entire layout rather than a single plot, as we are applying for the row scheme
          for the entire layout.
  2) Kindly Highlight the plot in the layout plan, applied for Registration of Row House.

  2023 dated 15.05.2023, regarding verifying the authenticity/genuineness of CC/OC. Kindly, note that
  on receipt of comments from the competent authority from their designated email on respective
  MahaRERA email (as mentioned in order u/no. 45 of 2023 dated 15.05.2023) your application will be
  processed.

    status/date of CC in Sr. No.3.(mention only one no. of Row House applied for Registration).

  3)     In Annexure A, at Sr. No. 2, Kindly mention the plot details and Plot area for the Row house
   applied for Registration.
