                          DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING


I, Shri Aditya S/o Umesh Gupta, hereby, Indian inhabitant, the authorised signatory and
Partner of the Partnership firm having my office at FF/1/2/3 and 4th Floor, Girish Heights,
LIC Square, Sadar, Nagpur-440001, Maharashtra do hereby on solemn affirmation state,
declare and undertake as under :


     1) I say and declare that I being the Partner and authorized signatory of M/s
        Leverage Realities , have applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said legal entity,
        M/s Leverage Realities for registration of the real estate project, with MahaRERA
        vide application dated 18/07/2024.


     2) I Say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
        named Leverage Green Meadows is to be undertaken on land bearing Kh
        No.38,123 PH No.42, admeasuring 5988.38 sq.mtrs. Mouza – Shankarpur,
        Village: Shankarpur Taluka Nagpur (Rural) and District Nagpur-441108
        hereinafter referred to as the "project land".


     3) I Say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my/our
        application dated 18/07/2024 for registration of the real estate project Leverage
        Green Meadows there is /are no subsisting pending application submitted to
        MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) whatever name called to be
        undertaken on the project land/part therefore or there is/ are no real estate
        project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed
        on the project land/part thereof.

     4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-
        Cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me as well as the promoter
        M/s Leverage Realities of the real estate project, Leverage Green Meadows.
