Situated Kh No.38,123 PH No.42, Mouza – Shankarpur, Village: Shankarpur Taluka Nagpur
(Rural) and District Nagpur-441108 .

Boundries: Field No.39 to the East, Field No.51 to the West, Field No.38 (Part-0.55 ha) to the
North & Field No.47 to the South.

We, M/s Leverage Realities through its Partner and Authorised Signatory Shri Aditya S/o
Umesh Gupta, hereby declare as Under:

   1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said land, Therefore no cersai
      report is required.

As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we state
the no security interest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI report is
required.
