           Kamptee, District - Nagpur-440035.

           Boundaries: ROAD to the East, PART OF KHASARA NO. 12/1 to the West, KHASARA NO.
           13/1-2-3 to the North & ROAD to the South.

           We, MANOJ LAXMIKANT ITKELWAR and RAJU LAXMIKANT ITKELWAR (Proprietor and
           Authorised Signatory) hereby declare as Under:

               1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said land, Therefore no
                  cersai report is required.

           As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we
           state the no security interest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI report is
           required.
