                           DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING
I, Shri. Amitkumar Maganlal Panchmatiya adult, Indian inhabitant, the Karta of the HUF
having my office at 44, FARMLAND, RAMDASPETH, NAGPUR – 440010 do hereby on
solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under:


    1) I say and declare that I being the Karta and authorized signatory of Maganlal
       Panchmatia HUF, have applied on behalf of promoter, i.e. the said legal entity,
       Maganlal Panchmatia HUF for registration of the real estate project, with
       MahaRERA vide application dated 18/06/2024.

    2) I Say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
       named BAJARGAON ESTATES is to be undertaken on land bearing Kh No.139/1/A,
       Mouza: Bajargaon, Village Bajargaon, TAH: Nagpur (Rural) & District
       Nagpur-440023 hereinafter referred to as the "project land".


    3) I Say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my/our
       application dated 18/06/2024 for registration of the real estate project
       BAJARGAON ESTATES there is /are no subsisting pending application submitted to
       MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s) whatever name called to be
       undertaken on the project land/part therefore or there is/ are no real estate
       project(s) by whatever name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on
       the project land/part thereof.


    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-Cum-
       Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me as well as the promoter
       Maganlal Panchmatia HUF of the real estate project, BAJARGAON ESTATES
