ESTATES" Situated at Kh No.139/1/A, Mouza: Bajargaon, Village Nagpur, TAH: Nagpur (Rural) &
District Nagpur-440023.

Boundaries: Kh. No. 139/2 to the East, Kh. No. 138 to the West, Khasra Boundary to the North &
Road to the South.

I, Maganlal Panchmatia HUF through its Karta Shri. Amitkumar Maganlal Panchmatiya hereby
declare as Under:

    1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said land, Therefore no cersai report
       is required.

As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we state the no
security interest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI report is required.
