                     Bearing Kh. No. I4l4ll, of Mouza - Isasani, Tah. Hingna, Dist. Nagpur

      Refrence:- Your application of dt: 07. 10.2024 for issuance of completion certificate

             With reference to above application it is hereby being informed that development
      agreement for layout bearing Kh. No. l4l4ll, of Mouza - Isasani, Tah. Hingna, Dist. Nagpur was

      executed between you and NMRDA, Nagpur on dt: 0L08.2024. As per development agreement
      clause no. 3(a) various development works drawings like CC roads with Paver blocks, HDPE
      water line, RCC sewer line with STP, RCC storm water drain, Open Space Development & Grey
      water recycle reuse were sanctioned and issued to you vide letter dt: 06.08.2024. Accordingly
      you have submitted hnal work com.pletion report with certificate from your deputed engineering
      consultant Pawan Gupta Consulting Civil Engineer (NMRDA L.S. No. 39) of dt: 08.10.2024.
      Also the said development works have been handed over by you to Grampanchayat Isasani vide
      its resolution No. 5, dated 30.09.2024 for operation and maintenance. Hence it is being certified
      that all development works as mentioned above are completed at site as per development
      agreement clause no. 17.
