                       Registered Power Of Attorney on dated 13/2/2024 at serial no. 1257/2024 hereby
                      duly declare that the property situated at -Khasra NO. 6A and 6B, Plot no. 4
                       i.e. 6/A/6/B/4, P.H. No. 37, Mouza NARSALA,             Tahsil Nagpur, District -
                      Nagpur, Pincode- 440034        is wholly owned by       SHRI. DIPESH ALIAS
                      DIPESHKUMAR PREMKUMAR JAIN AND MRS. JAYASHRI SANDIP
                      JAIN  and the said property is sanction under the scheme of EWS/LIG
                      commercial and Residential Housing Scheme. The said property is utilized for
                       Construction Project named as NAND YASHODA HIGHRRISE' at above
                      land situated at Mouza Narsala, Tahsil and District Nagpur. This authorized
                      partner hereby declares that the above mentioned property does not bear any
                      loans from any financial Institution, and hence it is free from any financial
                      Institution, and hence it is free from any financial encumbrances and the said
                      property does not have any financial liabilities of any nature and type. It is also
                      declared that M/S. NANDIISH BUILDERS             ANDDEVELOPERS                 has not
                      applied for any project loan for this project from any bank or financial
                      institution and this property is completely free from all encumbrances.
