                           DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING
I, Shri. Pratik S/o Rajesh Saraogi adult, Indian inhabitant, the Director of the Company
having my office at Anandam World City , Umred Road, Ganeshpeth, Model Mill Compound, Nagpur -
440018 do hereby on solemn affirmation state, declare and undertake as under :


     1) I say and declare that I being the director and authorized signatory of M/s
        Goldbricks Infrastructure Private Limited, have applied on behalf of promoter,
        i.e. the said legal entity, Goldbricks Infrastructure Private Limited for registration
        of the real estate project, with MahaRERA vide application dated 03/07/2024.

     2) I Say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate project
        named Kukreja Anandam World City Tower H and M is to be undertaken on land
        bearing Plot no.1 CTS. No. 101(Part), Sheet No. 259, 260, 269, 270 and 271 KH. NO.
         419, 420, 424, 426/1, House No. 881, Ward No. 8, Umrer Road, Ganeshpeth, Nagpur,
         Tahsil and District Nagpur. hereinafter referred to as the "project land".


     3) I Say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of my/our
        application dated 03/07/2024 for registration of the real estate project Kukreja
        Anandam World City Tower H and M’ there is /are no subsisting pending
        application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate project(s)
        whatever name called to be undertaken on the project land/part therefore or
        there is/ are no real estate project(s) by whatever name called, registered with
        MahaRERA being executed on the project land/part thereof.

    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this Declaration-
       Cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me as well as the
       promoter M/s Goldbricks Infrastructure Private Limited of the real estate project,
       Kukreja Anandam World City Tower H and M.
