We, Goldbricks Infrastructure Private Limited through its Authorised Signatory and director
Shri. Pratik S/o Rajesh Saraogi , hereby declare as Under:

      1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said laad, Therefore no cersai
         repoft is required.

As per Order no.2612021 dated 2911012021 we are providing this undertaking and we
state the no security inlerest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI
report is required.
