new development project named and styled as “MANGALMURTI III” situated at Plot
No. 241 and 242, bearing Kh. No. 66, 67/2, 67/5 and 67/6, P.S.K. 9, City Survey No.
2878 and 2879, Sheet No. 82(669), NMC Ward No. 5, Mouza- Ajni, Chhatrapati Nagar,
Nagpur, 440015, hereby declare that the specified property is free from all
encumbrances.

While we downloaded the asset as well as debtor based based CERSAI report of above
mentioned property several times, the report is not showing any details about the
mortgage.
