Sub: Clarification on Revalidated CC / plinth checking certificate/Appendix F as per
Regulation No. 2.8.4 of UDPCR-2020

Respected Sir,

I, Anil Radheshyam Sharma, the Promoter of the development project named & styled
“Narmada Residency”, clarifies that, I have Uploaded Form 1, Form 2 and Form 3 with
registration application. The Cost certified in Form 3 by Chartered Accountant related to
other Miscellaneous Expenditure incurred on Project Land. Whereas, the Work is yet to be
Started, that’s why Form 1 shows the 0% of Work done and cost certified by engineer in
Form 2 is also NIL.

The Commencement Certificate or Building Permit dated 27-07-2022 sanctioned by Nagar
parishad, Wanadongri is Valid for Four (4) Years. So, Revalidated CC is not required. Also, the
Competent authority has already sent CC mail to maharera which is verified by the
maharera authority (Technical Department).

As per Regulation No. 2.8.4 of UDPCR-2020, Appendix F is applicable after the completion of
work upto plinth level. But, in our project, work is yet to be started so, plinth checking
certificate and Appendix F is not applicable to us at this stage.

Considering all the above points we request you to please grant registration for the project
“Narmada Residency”.
