       1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
          Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and
          commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be
          obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.


       2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From Nagpur Municipal
          Corporation Vide Permit No. NMO/B/2024/APL/02533 and Building Permit
          No.240596 Dated 02/05/2024 is granted For Basement 1, Basement 2, Ground
          floor, 1st to 3rd upper habitable floors for Apartment Scheme and for Ground
          Floor, First Floor and Second Floor as per sanctioned map dated 02/05/2024


       3. Accordingly, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by
          Deputy Director of Town Planning, Nagpur Municipal Corporation Vide Permit
          No. NMO/B/2024/APL/02533 and Basement 1, Basement 2, Ground floor, 1st to
          3rd upper habitable floors for Apartment Scheme and for Ground Floor + First
          Floor as per commencement certificate dated 02/05/2024.
