 said land which is registered at the Sub Registrar as Mortgage Deed Vide documents
 number- HGN-3398 - 2022 dated- 03/06/2022
 Therefore we state and declare that we have taken a loan for the above project hence it is
 free from all encumbrances except the one mentioned herein above.
