Boundries: Lane to the East, Plot No.22-A to the West, NALLAH to the North & Road to the South.

We, M/s Kukreja Infrastructures through its Partner Shri Shravan S/o Ghansyamdas Kukreja,
hereby declare as Under:

    1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said land, Therefore no cersai
       report is required.

As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we state the
no security interest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI report is required.
