B. Name of project - “Kukreja Embassy-II" Address:- Situated at Plot
   No.24 and 22/B, CTS No.1861,1862 Sheet No.58, Mouza Jaripatka,
   New Colony, admeasuring 1850.72 Square Meter , Mouza: Jaripatka,
   Taluka /District Nagpur-440013.
     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016,
        read with Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated
        copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned
        plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
        Authority / Competent Authority.
     2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From Town
        Planning Department, Nagpur, Municipal Corporation (Planning
        authority/ Competent Authority) on 11/08/2023 vide Permit no.
        NMO/B/2023/APL/01619 and Building Permit No.177853 is
        granted for BASEMENT,GF / GF1 (Ground Floor), 1st Floor as
        recreation floor, 2nd to 14th Upper habitable floor as per
        sanctioned map dated 11/08/2023

     3. Accordingly,, the commencement certificate/Building plans are
        approved by Town Planning Department, Nagpur, Municipal
        Corporation (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on
        11/08/2023 Permit no. NMO/B/2023/APL/01619 and Building
        Permit No.177853.Further, commencement certificate is granted
        as given under
