2. We have estimated the cost CIVIL, MEP and other allied works required for completion
of the apartments and proportionate completion of internal & external works of the project
as per specifications mentioned in agreement of sale, Our estimated cost calculations are
basecl on lhe Drawings/ plans nradc available lo us for the project under reference by the
Develc>pcrs/ Consullants. l'he schecJulc of items and quantity required for the entire work
as calcglatcd by 02 Qrrantity Surveyorx appointcd by the [)cvclopcr/ [:nqinecr, and the
assumplion of the cos[ of matcrial labour and other inpu[s made by developers, and the
site inspection carried out by us to ascertain/conl'irm the above analysis qiven to us.

4. Ttre Iistirnaled Cost Incurred till dale i.e. 3L/L2/2024 is calculated al Rs 25,68,t77/-
(Total of Table A and B). The amount ol'Estimated Cost Incurred is calculated on the basis
of input material/services used and unit cost of these items.

5. The Balance Cost ol'Completion of the Civil, MEP, and Allied works for completion of
the apartment,s ancl proportionate completion of internal and external works, as per
spccificalion mcntioned in agrccment of sale of the Project is estimated al Rs
