works,as per specificalions nrentiotred in agreements ol sale and for the pirrpose of the obtaining occupation
certificate I completion oertificate for the Buildirrg(s) /Wing(s)l Layout /Plotted Developnrent from the Nagpur
Municipal Gorporation being the Planning Authrrrity uncler whose jurisidiction the aforesaid pro.ject is being
implemerrted.


4.The Estit-rrated Cost incurerl till date is calculated at Rs. 37540000.00 (Total of Table A anrl B).The amourrt of
Estimated Cost it-tcurred is calculated on the basis of input n.raterials/services used ancl unit cost of these items.


5. The Balance Ccst of Completion of the Civil, MEP and Allied works for completion af the spartments and
proportionate Complition of intertral & external works. as per specification nrentioned ip agreemerrt of sale, r:f ihe
