“SHREENIDHI ESTATE – V” the Details of which are specified in Schedule of the property given
below

We States that the scheduled Property is free from all type of Financial Encumbrances.

                               SCHEDULE OF THE PROPERTY

ALL THAT Piece and parcel of land bearing Khasra No. 59/60/2, lying and being at
Mouza/(Village)-Wagdara(Isasani rithi), Tah- Hingna, Dis-Nagpur-441108, admeasuring
17,802 SQ. MTS area being developed by PRASHANT AKRE partner at SHI SAI BUILDERS AND
DEVELOPERS:-

   a. No security interest has been created in the project
   b. As and when there are any changes, we shall submit updated CERSAI Reports on
      Security interests created
   c. The CERSAI reports submitted to MAHARERA.

We further undertaken that we will immediately inform and comply with the necessary
formalities under CERSAI and MAHARERA whenever any security Interest is created on said
project.
