THAT the Donor confirms that in future, if Acquisition, Planning or Statutory Authority acquires the said Agricultural land or part thereof due to any statutory reservation or acquisition and as a result thereof, if any compensation or F'.S.I., F.A.R. or T.D.R. pertaining to the said Agricultural land or part thereof is awarded or allotted by such Acquisition, Planning or Statutory Authority, then the legal right of claiming and receiving such compensation or F.S.l., F.A.R. or T.D.R. pertaining to the said Agricultural land or part thereof shall be exclusively of the Donee and the Donor shall have no legal right or claim over such F.S.I., F.A.R. or T.D.R. thereto. 11. TIIAT the Donor confirms that in future, the Donee shall have ali legal rights and authority to assign, convey, develop, transfer, sell, gift, exchange, mortgage, lease out, grant license of the said Agricultura-l land to any person, without obtaining any previous written consent or no - objection from the Donor. 12. THAT the Donor confirms that he shall unconditionally and without any delay sign all applications, affidavits, declarations, no-objection letters, undertakings etc. in favour of the Donee that may be required by him for tF. q.e. THAT the Donee is having Agricultural land in his name and he is doing Agricultural activities and as such the Donee is not required to obtain previous permission from Collector for accepting the said Agricultural land as a gift under Section 89 of The Bombay Tenancy & Agricultural lands (Vidarbha Region) Act, 195g or under any provisions of any other law, prevailing in force, as on date. 18.
