             made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned
             plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent Authority.

          2. Accordingly, we have obtained layout approval Tahsildar Kamptee (Planning Authority) Vide

             Permit    No.     रा.मा. -35     /एनएपी-34/मौजा-िभलगां व/कामठी/2023-24            जा. .      ु-
             1/तहिसलदार कामठी/कािव - ४१ /2024 Dated 02/02/2024 and by Executive Engineer Nagpur
             Metropolitan Region Development Authority Vide Approval No.NMRDA/LT/2023/APL/00226
             dated 08/12/2023, For 35 plots 8023.55 admeasuring Sq Mtrs as per sanctioned sanction map
             dated 08/12/2023.

          3. Also, The commencement certificate are approved Tahsildar Kamptee (Planning Authority) Vide

             Permit    No.     रा.मा. -35     /एनएपी-34/मौजा-िभलगां व/कामठी/2023-24            जा. .      ु-
             1/तहिसलदार कामठी/कािव - ४१ /2024 Dated 02/02/2024 and by Executive Engineer Nagpur
             Metropolitan Region Development Authority Vide Approval No.NMRDA/LT/2023/APL/00226
             dated 08/12/2023.Further Commencement certificate is granted for 35 plots admeasuring
             8023.55 Sq Mtrs as per sanad dated 02/02/2024
