Kh No.248/2, City survey No. 1042 , Sheet No. 550/83, Ward No. 61, PH No.11 of
Mouza Zingabai Takli (City), situated within the limits of Nagpur Municipal Corporation ,
Tahsil & District - Nagpur

I, Designated partner and Authorised Signatory of M/s Oak Sterling Vista LLP hereby
declare as under :

   1. That Building Plan Approvals & Commencement are in the name of M/s Ikon
      Remedies Private Limited through its partner Mr. Mahesh Kingrani and Mr.
      Rajesh Kingrani.

   2. That we have purchased the said land alongwith development rights on which
      Building Plan is Sanctioned vide Sale Deed dated 01/03/2024 , registered with
      Sub Registrar, Nagpur – 4 at Book No. 1 at Sr. No. 2379-2024 dt. 01/03/2024

   3. The Proposed Project is Marketable and free from other encumbrances and the
      promoter is liable to make good all the losses if incurred by the Allottee.
