hereby declare as under


    1. That Nupur Constructions have absolute ownership on the
        properties situated on Plot No 77, 77A & 78, Jai Krupa Nirman
        Sakhari Sanstha Ltd Hazari Pahad, P. H. No 7, bearing City Servey No
         23,24, Sheet No 178 and Ward No68, Nagpur.
    2. That the above mentioned property is free from all sorts of
        encumbrances, burdens, Loans/debt securities, mortgages, sale
        gifts, wafk,- Daan, Rehan, Decree & Injuction order and all other
        defects.

     3. Non Encumbrance certificate is required for submission in the office
        of Maharashtra RERA

    4. That is my true statement
