                    DECLARATION-CUM-UNDERTAKING


I, Shri. Yashwant S/o Ajabrao Khodke adult, Indian inhabitant, the Director
of the company having my office at Plot No.J-13, Opp Bank Of Baroda, Whc
Road,Laxmi Nagar Nagpur-440022, Maharashtra do hereby on solemn
affirmation state, declare and undertake as under :


    1) I say and declare that I being the Director and authorized signatory of
       Nanis Buildcon Private Limited, have applied on behalf of promoter,
       i.e. the said legal entity, Nanis Buildcon Private Limited for
       registration of the real estate project, with MahaRERA vide application
       dated 05/02/2024.
    2) I Say and declare that the application for registration of the real estate
       project named Vedant Aquamarine is to be undertaken on land
       bearing Plot No.153 and154, Mouza- Sonegaon-9, Swagat Co-op
       Housing Society, Village Nagpur, Taluka: Nagpur and District Nagpur-
       440025 hereinafter referred to as the "project land".


    3) I Say, declare and undertake that as on the date of submission of
       my/our application dated 05/02/2024 for registration of the real
       estate project Vedant Aquamarine there is /are no subsisting pending
       application submitted to MahaRERA for registration of real estate
       project(s) whatever name called to be undertaken on the project
       land/part therefore or there is/ are no real estate project(s) by whatever
       name called, registered with MahaRERA being executed on the project
       land/part thereof.
    4) I solemnly state, declare and undertake that the contents of this
       Declaration-Cum-Undertaking are true, correct and binding upon me
       as well as the promoter Nanis Buildcon Private Limited of the real
       estate project, Vedant Aquamarine.
