Aquamarine " Address:- Situated at Plot No.153 and154, Mouza- Sonegaon-9, Swagat Co-op
Housing Society, Village Nagpur, Taluka: Nagpur and District Nagpur-440025

Boundries: Plot No.152 and 155 to the East, 12mtr Wide Road to the West, 12mtrs Wide
Road to the North & 9 Mtrs Wide Road to the South..

We, Nanis Buildcon Private Limited (Promoter) through its Director and Authorised
Signatory Shri Yashwant S/o Ajabrao Khodke , hereby declare as Under:

    1. We have not created any security interest/charge on the said land, Therefore no
       cersai report is required.

As per Order no. 26/2021 dated 29/10/2021 we are providing this undertaking and we
state the no security interest / charges have been created and therefore no CERSAI report is
required.
