  I, Pratik Chandrakant Suramwar, partner and Authorised Signatory, M/s Atharva Infraventures, do
  hereby declare that we have applied for the Maherera registration for our project “Atharva Sapphire
  Towers-B” . In this regard we have received the following query :

  Please clarify amenity included in the sanctioned BUA applied for registration is for sale or to be
  handed over to the competent authority and upload the supporting documents issued by the
  competent authority, otherwise delete the said from the BUA applied for the registration.

  Our Clarification :

  We may like to clarify that the Built Up Area (BUA) applied for registration does not include
  any amenity Space. Moreover, the building plan uploaded also does not include any
  amenity area. Hence the question of sale or handing over of amenity space area does not
  arise.
