   Chichbhavan, Village Nagpur, Taluka and District Nagpur-441108.


     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016, read
        with Rules & Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of
        approvals and commencement certificate, sanctioned plan and layout
        are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority / Competent
        Authority.


     2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From Nagpur
        Municipal Corporation, District Nagpur wide approval Permit No.
        NMO/B/2023/APL/02226 and Building Permit No.214823 dated
        12/12/2023. For Basement, Ground + Fourth Floor as per
        sanctioned map Dated 12/12/2023


     3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are approved by
        Deputy Director Town Planning, Nagpur Municipal Corporation
        (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on 12-12-2023 vide
        Permit no. NMO/B/2023/APL/02226 and Building Permit
        No.214823.Further, commencement certificate is granted up to
        Basement, Ground + Fourth Floor
