  the quarter ending 3110312025 for Project Registered under MahaRERA bearing Registration
  No P50500054417

  We, M/S SHIVLAXMI LAND DEVELOPERS, having our registered office at 97, Ridge
  Road, Raghuji Nagar, Nagpur - 440024, the Promoter of the Real Estate Project titled
  SHIVANKAR LAYOUT located at Kh no 6414, bearing MahaRERA Registration Number
  P50500054 417 , do hereby declare as under:

        1. That I/We amlare duly authorized and competent to submit the Quarterly Progress
           Report (QPR) for the said project for the quarter ending 3110312025.
        2. That the QPR has been duly prepared and is being submitted in accordance with the
           provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act,2016, and rules and
           regulations framed thereunder by MahaRERA.
        3. That Form 1 (Architect's Certificate for percentage of construction work completed),
           Form 2 (Engineer's Certificate for the quality and progress of construction), and Form
           3 (Chartered Accountant's Certificate for the cost incurred and amount collected/spent)
           for the quarter ending 3110312025 have been duly obtained from the respective
           professionals and are enclosed herewith.
        4. That all information provided in the QPR and supporting documents is true, correct,
           and complete to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. Nothing has been concealed
           or misrepresented.
        5. That I/We shall be solely responsible for any discrepancies, misstatements, or non-
           compliance that may arise in connection with the information provided.
        6. That I/We undertake to comply with all applicable provisions of the RERA Act and
           MahaRERA rules and regulations forthe ongoing execution and completion of the said
           project.
