acting through its partner Shri. Sanjay Madhukarrao Mahakalkar, Aged about 48, Years,
occupation Business, (PAN AEDPM9631E &AADHAR UID 3376 5555 1915), Resident of Plot
No. 97, Ridge Road, Raghuji Nagar, Nagpur-440024, Tahsil and District-NAGPUR is
developing and promoting the Layout named as "Shivankar Layout" consisting of plots to be
carved out all that piece and parcel of non-agricultural land bearing Khasra / Survey No. 6414
of Mouza Tarodi (Khurd), P.S.K. 33 having an area of 1.7830 Hectares (i.e. 17830.00 Sq.
 Mtrs.), held in occupancy Class -1 Rights, situated at village Tarodi (Khurd), within the limits
of Nagpur Metropolitan Region in Tahsil - Kamptee and District NAGPUR. The said land does
not have any Legal and/or Financial encumbrance of any kind and is totally free from any
charge, bojha, lien, mortgage, or any other encumbrances of financial and legal nature of
any type whatsoever. . We hereby declare that above undertaking is true and correct to the
best of our knowledge and information available with us and as per ownership documents
our possession.
