B. Name of project - “Krishna Prabha” Address:- Situated at Plot No.11,
   CTS No.387, Mouje Ajani, Village Nagpur, Taluka and District Nagpur-
   440010.


     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016,
        read with Rules & Regulations made there under, a
        authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate,
        sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the
        Planning Authority / Competent Authority.


     2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From Nagpur
        Municipal Corporation, District Nagpur wide approval Permit
        No. NMO/B/2023/APL/01794 and Building Permit No.176442
        dated 22/11/2023. For Ground + Seven Floors as per
        sanctioned map dated 22/11/2023


     3. Also, the commencement certificate/Building plans are
        approved by Deputy Director Town Planning, Nagpur, Municipal
        Corporation (Planning authority/ Competent Authority) on 05-
        12-2023 vide Permit no. NMO/B/2023/APL/01794 and
        Building Permit No.176442 .Further, commencement certificate
        is granted up to Ground + Seven Floors
