Atrey in favour of Krishnarao Ramchandrarao Badkas, duly registered with the Office of the Sub-Registrar at Sr. No.2957 ii. Ft. being a part or portion of the entire land bearing Kh. No. 4/1, 4/2, 7/2, 24, 25, 26/1, 26/2, 26/3, 26/4, Corporation House No. 284, CitySurvey No. 387, Sheet No. 33 of Mouza Ajni, Near Aath Rasta Chowk, Laxminagar Tahsil and District Nagpur in any court or before any authority. The property was since owned by the society. Whereas The Scientific Cooperative Housing Society through its Honorary Secretary Shri D.M. Atrey transferred the above land to Shri Krishnarao Rameshchandra Rao Badkas, resident of Nagpur. Thereafter after the death of Shri Krishnarao Rameshchandrarao Badkas , the property by inheritance got transferred to his legal heirs namely (1) Shri Rameshchandra S/o late Shri Krishnarao Badkas (2) Shri Narayan S/o Late Shri Krishnarao Badkas (3) Shri Jayant S/o Late Shri Krishnrao Badkas (4)Mrs. Priti W/o Ramesh Ghonge.
