     1. We are aware that as per section 4[2] (c& d) of RERA act, 2016, read with Rules &
         Regulations made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement
         certificate, sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning
         Authority / Competent Authority.

     2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From Kalmeshwar Municipal Council wide
         Building Permit No. 130796, Permit No. CCNRA/B/2023/APL/00360 dated 06/04/2023 for
         Ground/Stilt Floor and Seven Upper Habitable floors for Sangam-Wing A and Ground/Stilt
         Floor and Seven Upper Habitable Floors for Sangam-Wing B.

     3. Accordingly, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Building
         Engineer (N) of Kalmeshwar Municipal Council wide Building Permit No. 130796, Permit No.
         CCNRA/B/2023/APL/00360 dated 06/04/2023.Further Commencement Certificate is Granted
         to Building-Sangam-Wing A & Sangam-Wing B Up to Seven Habitable Floors (Including 1
         Ground Floor/Stilt Floor and 1st Floor to 7th Floor as a Residential Apartment Floor) (Out of
         Approved Ground/ Stilt Floor and Seven Upper Habitable Floors)
