Boundries: Khasara No. 678 to the East, Open Space And Road to the West, Khasara
No. 683 to the North & Khasara No. 685 to the South.

We, Shri Kailas S/o Deonathji Gurao and Shri Rajendra S/o Vinayak Bahe,
Authorised Signatory and Promoter hereby declare as Under:

   1. No litigation is pending related to any right, title, and interest in the ongoing
      project of any previous owners.
   2. That the said project is not mortgaged with any Bank/ Financial Institution/
      Society.
   3. The proposed project is marketable and free from any encumbrances.
