                                Authority / Competent Authority.
                             2. Accordingly, the layout of the aforesaid Society had duly
                                sanctioned and approved by the Nagpur Municipal Corporation
                                NMO/B/2023/APL/01151 dated 30-1-2023.

                             3. Also, the commencement Certificate/Building plan are approved
                                by Deputy Director, Town Planning, NMC, Nagpur vide his
                                Building Permit No. NMO/B/2023/APL/01151 dated 30.01.2023
