         made there under, a authenticated copy of approvals and commencement certificate,
         sanctioned plan and layout are required to be obtained from the Planning Authority /
         Competent Authority.

     2. Accordingly We have obtained layout approval From NMC, District Nagpur wide approval No.
         NMO/B/2023/APL/01575          for   Seventeen   Habitable   Floors   (Including   BASEMENT-1,

     3. Accordingly, the Commencement Certificate/ Building Plans are approved by Deputy Director
         of Town Planning Nagpur Municipal Corporation vide Building Permit No.146580 & Approval
         No. NMO/B/2023/APL/01575 on 28th          June 2023.Further Commencement Certificate is
         Granted Up to Seventeen Habitable Floors (Including BASEMENT-1, BASEMENT-2,GF,1ST,2ND
         3RD, 4TH,5TH,6TH , 7TH, 8TH , 9TH , 10TH , 11TH, 12TH, 13TH AMENITY, 14TH, 15TH 16TH AND 17TH
         FLOOR,) (out of the approved Total Seventeen Habitable Floors Including BASEMENT-1,
         BASEMENT-2,GF,1ST,2ND 3RD, 4TH,5TH,6TH , 7TH, 8TH , 9TH , 10TH , 11TH, 12TH, 13TH AMENITY, 14TH,
         15TH 16TH AND 17TH FLOOR,)
