firm has a clear, valid & Marketable title to the said land on which the development of the
project “ Premier Heritage – 69 ” is taking place.
That there is no charge or lien over the said property and it is free from all Financial
Encumbrances of all kinds whatsoever.

All that Piece and Parcel of non-agricultural Land bearing Survey/Kh No. 69, admeasuring about
0.85 Hectares, Land Revenue Assessment Rs. 2.00 per year, with Occupancy Class I
Bhumiswami rights, bearing P.H. No. 04, situated at Mouza: Chicholi, Tahsil: Nagpur (rural) and
District: Nagpur and bounded as under :
