               441302, admeasuring 14857.97 sq. mts. area being developed by M/s. Sri
               Balaji Developers.

Architect/Licensed Surveyor of certifying percentage of completion of construction work of
“NEW TOWN” of the Project Registration No. P50500051094, situated on the Plot
bearing C.N. No./CTS No./ Survey no./Final Kh No. 108, P. H. No. 63, demarcated by its
boundaries (latitude and longitude of the end points) Road and S No. 103 to the North, Road
to the South, Kh No. 96 to the East, Kh No. 109 to the West, of village Shirmi, Taluka –
Katol, District – Nagpur, PIN – 441302, admeasuring 14857.97 sq. mts. area being developed
by M/s. Sri Balaji Developers.

Based on site inspection, with respect to Layout / each of the Building/Wing of the aforesaid
Real Estate Project. I certify that as on date of this certificate, the percentage of work done
for each of Building/Wing of the Real Estate Project under MahaRERA is as per TABLE A
herein below. The percentage of the work executed with respect to each of the activity of the
entire phase is detailed in TABLE B.
