Clarification

With relation to above application id we have sent mail on helpdesk@maharera.mahaonline.gov.in on 22nd
February 2023 and thereafter reminder on 24th February 2023 from prathmeshvihar@rediffmail.com, for
allowing us field which are on desk but no solution is received.

Hence we have mentioned one flat (plot no. 28 of 103.49 sq. mtr) as Sold in Form 3 which is actually
unsold. Don’t know why it is showing as sold in application at portal. Even after various mails and call
at customer care we have not received any solution on this i.e., how to edit building details.

We have not sold it actually, hence no consideration against the plot is received
