The true copy of the said order of allottment of land bearing survey No. 806 from Laghu Pathbandhare Vibhag to Municipal Council Katol is annexed with this report. 3) TheTll2 extract of said survey No. 806 shows the name of Municipal Council Katol over area admeasuring 0.99 H.R. and an area of 0.11 H.R. has been shown in the name of Govt. of Maharashtra which is used for construction of road, both the entries are evident from theTll2 extract provided by the Gram Adhikari. The true copy of the said 7lI2 extractis annexed herewith the said search report. 4) That the search of the land bearing suryey No. 806 Mouza Katol is been carried out fromthe year 1992to2022 i.e. for aperiod of30 years.
